Store Manager Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and skilled store manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail.Our store manager candidates are required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality customer services and monitor the overall financial performance of the store.Our perfect candidate must be a true leader, with an unwavering passion for taking care of our team members and guests better than anyone out there. A person who always seeks knowledge and goes above and beyond to obtain results in his/her business. Someone who takes pride in ensuring that our guests receive only the highest levels of quality and service each and every time they visit.Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years Restaurant Management experienceAbility to work a 40+ hour weekAt least 18 years of ageMust be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of assistant manager, line employee positions, as neededAbility to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the storeUnderstand that in times of emergency extra hours and efforts will be requiredOrganize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervisionWilling to coach and task-manage employees on store operationsShowing initiativeSetting a good exampleResponsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of in-store operations, including but not limited to staffing/scheduling, food safety, inventory, merchandising, food cost/loss tracking, equipment maintenance, cash handling and brand compliance.Lead by example in following all company directives, such as signing up Shore Point customers, engaging current rewards customers and ensuring the entire team follows suit on a daily basis to assist in growing loyalty base and retention.Responsible for ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently, keeping them productive and cleaning/prepping during slow times.Must be self-motivated individualSuperior leadership skills and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.Excellent communications skills, conflict resolution, and self-control while communicating with peers, team members, and owners.Set the pace and energy for the team each dayAssist team members to reach their own highest potential in their current position.Recruiting and appraising staffTraining and supervising staffResponsible to make sure all employees are in proper uniformManaging budgetsMaintaining financial and statistical recordsDealing with customer complaints and queriesOverseeing stock and pricing controlMaximizing profitability and productivityMotivating staff to meet sales targetsSetting sales targetsEnsuring compliance with safety and health regulationsPreparing promotional displays and materialsLiaising with managementTaking care of promotional prospects, benefits, and salaries of their staffProviding opportunities for staff advancementsBenefits:
