We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is licensed in the practicing state or is a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward licensure.
Summary:The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician's treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
Skills and Abilities:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.Hold licensure as outlined by the Board of Physical Therapy in the employment state.Benefits and Perks :
