Shuttle Driver FT 4pm-12am - CDL or non-CDL

We are seeking shuttle drivers to work in the Worcester area. These are steady, local routes. We operate late model 14-passenger vehicles which do not require a CDL - however, if you have a CDL you get paid extra and are encouraged to apply!
Non-CDL drivers earn $18/hour to start. Applicants who already have a CDL (w/ P endorsement) earn $20/hour to start.
VPA offers weekly payroll - get a check, direct deposit, or a pay card each week!

Shuttle Driver- Job Description
The job responsibilities of a Shuttle Driver may vary depending on the location where the employee is scheduled to work. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we canSafely shuttling customers to various destinationsOpening and closing doors for patronsAdhering to all traffic laws/signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttlesCommunicating effectively with customers and co-workers. This includes radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendantsCompleting required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirementsRecording passenger counts and trip timesCompleting necessary paperwork involved in daily operationsAssisting in equipment set up and break down (i.e. signs, cones, etc.)Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanlinessCommunicating mechanical problems with shuttles to managementComplying with company procedures for shuttle operations
License required: valid class D (Non-CDL) license in good standing
Due to our insurance regulations, shuttle drivers must be at least 20 years old.
A valid DOT Medical card is also required. (We will pay for qualified applicants to obtain their medical card if necessary - a simple DOT physical).
Professional driving experience is a plus.
Background checks and driving tests will be conducted.
