We are seeking skilled and experienced Senior Accountants to join our FlowFi network. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for our end clients, and performing individual contributor tasks typical of an accountant. Your expertise in accounting principles and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to the successful closure of our clients' books each month.Responsibilities:Accounting TasksPerform full cycle accounting activities such as general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, and financial statement preparationEnsure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processesReview and analyze financial data for anomalies, errors, and discrepancies, taking corrective actions as necessaryInterface with CustomersServe as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique accounting requirementsCoordinate with clients to gather necessary financial information, resolve issues, and provide regular updates on book closure progressAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionProcess ImprovementContinuously evaluate existing accounting procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements, increased efficiency, and enhanced accuracyCollaborate with the management team to implement best practices, streamline workflows, and leverage technology to optimize accounting operationsCompliance and ReportingEnsure adherence to accounting principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsAssist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsAssist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.Proven experience in accounting roles, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExperiencing working on multiple customers’ books each month, not just one businessExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with clients and team membersStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issuesProficient in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systemsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of relevant accounting regulations and compliance standardsCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality resultsIf you are a dedicated and motivated accounting professional with leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent client service, we encourage you to apply for our Sr. Accountant role.
