Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and be able to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional legal services in the area of family and child welfare law.Autonomously manage a caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, and DCPP defense cases.Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in court and in negotiations.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Maintain strong client relationships, offering compassionate and effective counsel.Collaborate with the firm's team to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey Bar.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in family law.Strong understanding of matrimonial law and child welfare law.Ability to work independently and manage cases with minimal supervision.Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.Barred in NJ and they must have a portable book of business.Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), Medical, Vision, Dental, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Commissions.Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and mileage reimbursement.
