We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in family law and a proven track record of handling complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism. As a Family Law Attorney, you will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, alimony, and domestic violence.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, adoption, and domestic violence.Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting family law.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders.Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests.Maintain detailed and accurate case files and documentation.Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and empathetic support.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management and optimal client outcomes.Participate in continuing legal education (CLE) and professional development activities to enhance legal knowledge and skills.Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active and in good standing with the state bar association.Must be barred in New Jersey.A minimum of 8 years of experience practicing family law.Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and case law.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and ethical standards.
