There are a number of responsibilities for the role, which include IT Shared Pools monthly budget vs actuals performance analysis
Providing oversight on performance and highlights issues to managementCapital management support and ensuring and meeting compliance adherence.Assisting with the annual budgeting coordination as it relates to IT Shared Pools.Coordinate month-end close process in Costpoint with Accounting.Coordinate new pool, account, and customer set-up in Costpoint.In additional to typical monthly financial support, the role will be key in supporting ways to automate our existing processes (embracing tableau/data analytics, creating and implementing new processes for headcount management, forecasting, planning, etc.).Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts with the help of financial and data analytics tools available.Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trend future requirements, and operating forecasts.Prepares reports of finding and recommendations to management.Supports accounting mid-year and year-end requirement as needed.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience, or master's degree and 1 years of relevant professional experience;Prior experience in Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP software;Prior experience in financial analysis and budgeting;Capable in delivering sound recommendations based on data;Proven experience with relevant analytical software and applications like Hyperion, Tableau or BI, and Cognos reporting.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Relevant degree in a financial domain;Prior experience supporting as a financial analyst;Experience supporting senior level stakeholders.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
