Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
We are looking for a temporary Assistant Manager for our Digital Partner Commerce team to join our Golf headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. The Assistant Manager, Digital Partner Commerce will be pivotal in the continued growth and overall success with our key wholesale partner accounts. The primary focus for this role will be to bring our digital shelf to life on our wholesale partner sites through enhanced content, ratings and reviews, paid marketing, and test and learn opportunities.
Key Focus Areas:
Fully support and drive the channel objectives to create high quality traffic to adidas product, while accelerating revenue growth and enhancing premium presentationAssist in optimizing and enhancing the adidas brand and product experience across our key wholesale partner accountsLeverage analytics to drive business decisions including content creation, media selection, A/B testing and key performance indicator (KPI) benchmarking with a focus on optimizing the content strategy and streamlining path to purchaseCollaborate with brand marketing, sales and merch teams to digitally push key stories through paid media and on-site enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
Execute seasonal strategy for the marketplace business to drive top line sales and profitability to achieve targetsBuild and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams (i.e. digital planning, brand communications, merchandising, sales, finance) and business unit partners to obtain information necessary to create and execute account strategiesIdentify and develop sales, marketing and promotional opportunities at the category, concept, collection and article level to maximize sales for the SS25 seasonAnalyze seasonal assortment of products, use the data to create strategy for future seasons, and recommend courses of action with cross functional teamsExecute sales reporting and demonstrate ability to create insights from data that drive actionable business decisionsMaximizing brand calendar moments and commercial retail events by optimizing media and negotiating with accounts for onsite placementsEnsure execution of listing level detail and find solutions to technical challenges that ariseAddress broken and incorrect listings and work with accounts to actionContinually challenge the status quo, think differently and push boundaries through test and learn opportunitiesAssist in managing invoices and budgetsEnsure that all key account partners are equipped with the necessary enhanced content for product launchesIdentify new ways to integrate our .com site with key partner sites (ratings and reviews, content syndication, etc)Build relationships with global Digital Partner Commerce members and collaborate on new ways to push the envelope with key account partners

Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how to best utilize emerging technologies to reach the brands’ target consumer: ecommerce, content, social, mobile, CRM, digital mediaExperience activating successful brand-level digital marketing campaigns, managing large budgets split across multiple strategiesStrong project management skills with ability to create project plans and manage through seamless executionAbility to work with a cross-functional team to guide development of digital solutionsAbility to balance direct response/performance goals with overall business goals and priorities, and you possess a strong appreciation and knowledge of Brand MarketingAbility to explain complex concepts to varied stakeholders by making intricate technologies understandableStrong leadership capability with a talent for influencing at all levels of the organizationExcellent (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships quickly as a result of a team-first mentalityStrong time management, organizational and prioritization skillsDiligence, accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethicComprehensive understanding of digital infrastructure, tracking and reporting methods for display and digital contentAdvanced computer skills with proven Excel experienceStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is ($75,000-80,000). Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles, CA
