We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented specialist in both litigation and contract review to join our enterprise risk management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, possess exceptional organizational skills, and be capable of handling a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also have a background in examining, analyzing, and drafting contracts to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements. The pay scale for this position is $80K-$120K annually, based on qualifications and experience. This position is eligible for our full benefits package including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Spending Account (HSA), My Flex Time (MFT - paid time off), 401K, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Your Role :

Manage company's claims, including contract claims and professional liability claimsInterface with internal teams and insurance company in the review of claimsManage outside counsel including initial retention and compliance with internal billing and reporting guidelinesReview and analyze case documents and evidenceDraft and manage various compliance and reporting spreadsheetsReview, analyze, and interpret contracts, agreements, and legal documentsDraft and negotiate contract terms and conditionsEnsure compliance with legal standards and company policiesIdentify and address potential risks and issues in contractsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve contract-related issuesQualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program preferred5 plus years of experience, preferably as part of an in-house corporate legal teamProactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and consistently meet aggressive and time-sensitive deadlinesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with various departments and levels within companyStrong understanding of litigation and legal terminologyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management tools (e.g., Legal Tracker, Relativity)
