Level Of Experience: Entry Level
Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)
Work days/hours: M - F dayshift, 8am - 5pm with some flexibility
Job Description:
Administration is responsible for mailing letters, reconciling responses and follow up to non- responding customers for field corrective action to ensure compliance per all pertinent quality and regulatory requirements.
This role will interact with multiple levels within the organization as well as customer facing.
The associate must work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts all administrative activities such as faxing, mailing, and filing of recall notifications.
Maintains customer responses and contact information for each recall event.
Facilitates the replacement process with customer service and/or field service.
Conducts recall effectiveness checks.
Interacts with external customers in the field action process from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
Microsoft office- specifically strong excel skills.
Telephone skills a must.
Organizational skills.
