Our platform empowers users to embark on personalized wellness journeys, fostering growth and well-being in every individual we serve.Join our team and help us create exceptional digital experiences for our users!Volunteer Position Overview:As an Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will be the primary point of contact and support for the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and enhancing their productivity. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize communications to enable the CEO to focus on strategic objectives. With confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional organizational skills, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Schedule Management:Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prioritize and optimize the CEO's time, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.Communication Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEOMeeting Coordination:Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.Confidentiality and Discretion:Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Maintain confidentiality in all communications and interactions, exercising sound judgment and integrity.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred but not requiredProven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in English is required.
