We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in beautiful Lewiston, Idaho. In this role, you can provide essential therapy services that help patients regain independence, enhance their quality of life, and achieve personal goals.
Responsibilities:Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.Implement therapeutic interventions to support patients in building essential daily living skills.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.Educate patients and families on strategies to optimize recovery and maintain functional progress.Document patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.Role Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Current or eligible Idaho state OT license.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Position Benefits:
