Vaco is seeking a strong Construction CFO to join a dynamic company in the Phoenix area. In this role, you'll oversee accounting operations, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and position the company for successful growth.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee 3-5 individuals within the organization.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and create KPI’s to generate results.

Assist with acquisition and taking their company to the next level.

Work with department managers on financial management and how to hit the organization’s EBITDA goal.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance,

CPA or CMA a huge plus but not required

10+ years of experience as a VP or CFO within the construction industry is required. Ideally would like someone who has worked for a company with over $50 million in revenue.

5+ years of experience with industry software such as Foundation, Timberline, Aspire or B2W

Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting and integrating KPI’s
