Associate Attorney
to join our team and contribute to our growing caseload of personal injury cases. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a senior attorney on each assigned case, taking on key responsibilities that range from drafting legal documents to performing in-depth legal research. While many cases may be resolved through settlement, we are searching for an attorney who is prepared to aggressively advocate for our clients in court when necessary.Key Responsibilities:Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and other case-related materialsAssist with the discovery process, including conducting depositions and reviewing documentsNegotiate settlements on behalf of clientsPerform thorough legal research to support case strategiesRepresent clients in court as neededConduct initial and follow-up consultations with clients to gather case details and provide legal counselQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in New YorkA minimum of
3+ years of litigation experience , preferably in plaintiff's personal injuryStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesKeen attention to detail and organizational skillsIdeal Candidate Profile:
