About the Opportunity:

The successful Pier Operation's Manager is responsible for overseeing daily pier operations, ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries, inventory, and the performance of pier utility attendants. The role also involves leading the cleanliness of the pier and working closely with the Sales and Food & Beverage (F&B) teams to ensure boats are well-presented for client tours.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations & MaintenanceManage pier operations related to deliveries, inventory, and pier utility attendants.Take the lead in maintaining a clean and safe pier, including the pier kitchen and storage areas.Accept and load deliveries onto carts and deliver to vessels, ensuring accurate inventory.Oversee the organization of storage facilities to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure boats are well-presented for client tours by working closely with Sales and F&B teams.Manage safety protocols on vessels, pier areas, and construction zones, ensuring constant safety awareness.Team Management & Scheduling

Oversee the scheduling of pier utility attendants in coordination with Food & Beverage managers.Provide leadership and guidance to pier utility staff, ensuring operational tasks are executed efficiently.Ensure proper staffing levels by working closely with the HR team on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.Promote team adherence to company appearance and grooming standards.Administrative & Financial Responsibilities

Manage all administrative tasks related to pier operations, including submitting and reconciling invoices, tracking expenses, and handling paperwork associated with daily pier activities.Manage payroll for pier utility attendants and other direct reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Work closely with the HR team to oversee the recruitment and hiring process for pier-related positions, including conducting interviews and onboarding.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding payroll, HR practices, and employment regulations.Cross-Departmental Support

Collaborate with F&B, Marine, Sales, and Admin departments to ensure seamless operational support across all functions.Assist functional departments with additional tasks as required, providing support in pier operations as needed.Enforce company safety standards and actively contribute to accident prevention efforts.Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned by management.Ensure compliance with all city and company vehicle operations standards.Requirements & Qualifications:

At least one year of supervisory experience.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.Valid Driver's License with an incident-free driving record.Ability to abide by varying start times (3am/4am).Must pass required Construction Training.Must acquire a TWIC Card upon employment.Must be compliant with City Experiences Motorized Vehicle SOPs.
