IntroductionA career in IBM Consulting is rooted by long-term relationships and close collaboration with clients across the globe.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Help Desk/Tester, you will provide support to users of the Forensic Advantage Laboratory Information Management System. You will assist in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Forensic Advantage LIMS.
