be data development, analysis, and visualization .Responsibilities*

Collaborate with team members to design, write, review, and troubleshoot/revise SQL and Python programs and processes to import, test, clean, and link data for recurrent use in production and research reports (50%).Design/write SQL, Python programs, and Tableau dashboards to implement, test, and evaluate new visualizations and metrics for production and research reports (30%).Engage in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance data integrity (10%).Provide documentation and support to the data team and technical director in response to ad hoc requests or new projects (10%).Required Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.1 year of programming and data analysis experience in a business environment (may include internships or other unpaid work).Understanding of basic data analytics techniques, cleaning, and management.Proficiency with Python for data science.Familiarity with relational databases, such as SQL.Desired Qualifications*

Experience preparing, updating, and documenting analytic datasets for a variety of statistical and computational techniques (e.g., network analysis, panel analysis, general multivariate statistical modeling).Coursework or practical experience with computational and machine learning packages (e.g., PyTorch, DGL, Tensorflow).Work Locations

IRIS offers an optional flexible hybrid work schedule with supervisor approval (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).Application Deadline
