Senior Salesforce App DeveloperDescription:Language I/O is seeking a talented Salesforce developer to join a team of developers building new features for our language translation solutions, currently marketed on the Salesforce appexchange. This role will also contribute to our new, LLM-powered, agent assistant feature within our existing Salesforce Chat app. Language I/O delivers market-leading, multilingual customer support technology that enables mono-lingual support teams to email, chat and provide multilingual chatbot and knowledge base support, right inside of any major CRM.As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.This Salesforce developer should have experience developing within the Salesforce Service Cloud platforms, Salesforce Deployment processes and strategies, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. This role will create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.Responsibilities:Creating timelines and development goalsTesting the stability and functionality of the applicationTroubleshooting and fixing bugsWriting documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staffMaintaining the security and integrity of the application softwareMeeting with project managers to determine CRM needsDeveloping customized solutions within the Salesforce platformDesigning, coding, and implementing Salesforce applicationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineeringAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platformsMinimum of 2 years developing Salesforce applications and pluginsPrevious work experience with application and software developmentStrong experience with the Agile Methodology and proven experience of working with agile teamsExperience developing customer-facing interfacesProficient in SOQL, SOSL, Apex, Javascript, and VisualForce PageProficient in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Messaging, Case, and Einstein BotsProficient in Lightning Experience, Aura, Lightning Web ComponentsProficient in using Visual Studio Code for developmentProficient in REST APIWorking knowledge of MySQL, mavensMate or eclipseStrong communication skillsAbility to problem solve high-level software and application issuesThis is a full-time, salaried, exempt position, working 100% remote from any location.
