Morgan Corp. is currently searching for a Data Analyst to work with our Equipment Division.Morgan Corp. is seeking a Data Analyst to assist with daily, weekly, and monthly Equipment Division processes. The Data Analyst will provide administrative support and assistance for the equipment shop which includes: communication and collaboration, organizational skills, decision making, and record keeping.Job ResponsibilitiesWork in the Viewpoint Vista software system tracking: equipment costs, equipment recovery, physical locations, equipment transfers, and meter readings.Responsible for maintaining the Equipment Master in Viewpoint which contains all equipment: Construction, Mobilization, Support, etc.Weekly Duties:
Equipment Fleet: Utilization Reporting, RPO Snap Shot, UC Wear Management, Coordinating Equipment SummariesEQ Workforce: Missing Mechanic Time TrackingFuel: Fuel Tracking – input daily spot pricing, record transactions, perform spot v contract analysis.
Monthly recurring duties:
Equipment Fleet: Utilization Reporting, Reconciliation Reporting, preparing/investigating reporting pack deliverables, Pickup Truck Mileage Tracking/Odometer Import.EQ Workforce: Training/Safety/Manhour, Block Time Analysis,Fuel: Fuel Allocations, Fuel Escalation TrackingFinancial: Lease Accounting Standard, Accelerated Depreciation, Equipment Entry in FAS.
Equipment Fleet: RPL Workings, EMRV Workings, Sweet Spot Preparation, Damaged Equipment Cost Review, 3rd Party Mobilization Analysis, Wear Parts Cost Analysis.EQ Workforce: Labor Factor by EQ Category, PM Labor Factor,Financial: Cash Values for Insurance Reporting,Leverage various internet-based portals to obtain key data for asset management and analysis.Issue purchase orders and process invoices for shop and field mechanics.Assist with new/existing process documentation and non-routine special projects.Qualifications4-year degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferred.High school diploma or GED required.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.About Morgan Corp:Morgan Corp. has been a leader in commercial and industrial site development since 1945.
