Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a summer 2025 Field Sales Support Systems Engineer Intern. In this role, you will be a part of the F-35 Sustainment Supply Operations Support Team. The applicant will primarily coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and the completion of multiple system related projects. Provide Sustainment Supply technical assistance, the applicant will take part in developing and executing guidance and direction to support the overall development of F-35 sustainment operations worldwide. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge in supporting integration as part of the team and be knowledgeable amongst other tools that stretch across the enterprise.
Basic Qualifications:Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Systems, Industrial, Aeronautical, Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering.Ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in Technical writing.Ability to understand and analyze data and metrics as well as conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Desired Skills:Experience with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.Basic knowledge of systems engineering concepts.Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
