Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or other relevant technology degrees or High School diploma or GED and 8 years of progressively responsible experience4 years of Technology experience and proficiency3 years of experience leading large, complex/critical technology projects3 years of experience Influencing strategy for large organizations2 years of experience in data structures and data modeling2 years of experience in data visualization techniques experience (Power BI, Tableau)2 years of experience documenting and assisting product owners with creating system/business requirements2 years of experience with Microsoft Office and expanded product lines (Visio, MS Project, SharePoint)2 years of experience in banking or related industries
Preferred Qualifications:

Job Description
Data Analyst II
The Data Analyst II will serve as a member of an Enterprise Data Analytics team providing visualization, analytical and architecture support for complex data systems and documenting data requirements. This person is a key contributor on data initiatives through the delivery of data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and insights derived from multiple data sources/types. They ensure data sourced for pipelines, reports, and dashboards they deliver are of the highest quality while also supporting data preparation requirements for analytics team members. The Data Analyst II serves as a front-line data user that supports manual and automated data quality processes to ensure company data is maintained at a high quality (test case generation). Through this function, the Data Analyst II also recommends methodologies to improve data quality and analytical preparation processes. Additionally, they serve as a source for business/data requirements for strategic data initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Delivery Excellence
Assists in leading a collaborative, dynamic Product planning process prioritizing efforts that align with Comerica and Technology strategies and provide the best value and outcome for the investment.While working with the Data Product Management, Data Governance Team and Information Architects, they are responsible for developing structured development plans that drive Product releases from inception through delivery.Works with Data Product Management Leadership, Data Governance and Information Architects to decompose the Product Vision and Product Roadmap into themes which are captured in the Data Product Backlog.Reporting
Delivers complex ad hoc reports and dashboards based on documented business requirements.Provides functional oversight to junior team members in the delivery of customized reports and dashboards.Maintains data and visualization capabilities of developed data assets to ensure quality and support reuse.Oversees the delivery of reporting capabilities as a part of a delivery team executing consultative insights and analysis to business decision-makers.Performs routine quality checks on existing data assets to ensure integrity and recommends solutions to data quality issues.Supports the enterprise data strategy by delivering requirements supporting report automation, SLA's and data quality thresholds based on business needs.Data Wrangling and Modeling
Manipulates, maps, and integrates data from existing data products, pipelines, and reports to support data value delivery.Performs ad hoc data quality checks on pipeline data to support data quality management and issue remediation processes.Provides requirements to Architects to support data design requirements for strategic data assets.Ensures data integration efforts supporting business requirements conform to established Enterprise and domain data models, as required.Insight Delivery
With some oversight, provides business intelligence advice and insights to business stakeholders supporting fact-based decision making.Provides ad hoc data pipelines for analysts to support complex insights and analysis.Oversees activities of junior team members in the delivery of data visualization and reporting to support insight delivery and advanced analysis.Communication
Maintains communication with Data Product Management and Information Architect stakeholders on the Enterprise Data Analytics Team and other lines of business to ensure that there is visibility into the Product's direction, schedule, progress, and operational status.
