Must have indefinite employment authorization.Job DescriptionDev Ops EngineerThe Dev Ops Engineer will provide engineering support and release management for the Customer Engagement system built on Salesforce technologies. This role performs platform administration activities, maintains the platform health and operations. System management activities such as problem determination, coordinating with various teams, vendors, business partners, and shared teams towards resolution is expected.The role will also provide technical input to management decision-making in the areas of platform performance and automation efficiencies. It may also integrate systems or operate in a DevOps model depending on the maturity of the organization and/or product. Knowledge in the Salesforce platform administration and configuration is required for this role. Any Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred. Hands-on experience on Copado tool with substantial successful releases experience is strongly preferred. Experience in Copado Advance Data Deployer feature is preferred.Experience In ServiceNow, JIRA, Bitbucket Is Strongly Preferred.Position Responsibilities:Design MethodologyWork closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate the solution requirements.Investigate and propose strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation, and rationalization solution opportunities within the infrastructure or business. Propose changes to the technical design solutions as applicable.Evaluate and align strategic fit solutions across platforms and solutions specific to system hardware and software technologies.
