Job Summary:Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Application Engineer for an opportunity in Greensboro, NC. This person is responsible for releasing HW & SW design solutions for Electronic components in the Vehicle functions or body controls and body builder specific functions, applicable for North American truck products.

Responsibilities:Responsible for releasing HW & SW design solutions for Electronic components in the Vehicle functions or body controls and body builder specific functions, applicable for North American truck products.Work with global technology development teams to track the platform development progress and also participate in discussions with Tier-1 suppliers of components.Follow level 4 time plan activities and milestones.Work with component installations for Body ECUs as needed.Work with the truck integration team for solving issues arising due to it on the component side.Respond to defect reports and follow the defect report process for resolution.Document SW configurations for various variant combinations & ESW SW release process is mandatory.Work with Canalyzer tools, analyze log files, and perform troubleshooting.Download Software using factory, engineering & service tools.Perform minimum smoke test on bench before delivering to integration teams.Take part in PI planning and breakdown features to stories and tasks and follow-up through sprints.Will need to work on trucks when needed to debug and troubleshoot issues.Requirements:2+ years of experience in embedded software development using Embedded C++.Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.Basic knowledge of the equipment for electronics system/component testing (CANoe, CANalyzer, others, etc.).Knowledge in agile SW development techniques.Good communication skills.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 2 years of experienceEducation: Bachelors (required)Skills:Embedded Software Full Lifecycle (2 years of experience is preferred)Embedded Software Design (2 years of experience is required)Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Randstad Digital, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
