The Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day construction and development project management activities for assigned projects. This position will report to the Project Director.REQUIREMENTS:Must be local or willing to relocate to State College, PAProvide direction, assistance, and support on project management activities and best practicesFacilitate, direct, and manage, as necessary, project team members and 3rd party consultantsManage contract personnel, including (but not limited to) project architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, sign contractors, governmental personnel and inspectors, and other stakeholdersFacilitate and manage communication with clients, company executives, and other project staffManage project record documents, including budgets, project plans, schedules, permits, as-built drawings, and project closeout documents and certificationsWork with project accountant to establish, maintain, and update the definitive project budgetAssist in the negotiation and preparation of all necessary professional service contracts required for the projectConsistently manage contract performance complianceAssist in entitlement and governmental approval processesManage the preparation of project documents, including conceptual plans, design development plans, construction documents, grading and drainage plans, utility plans, paving plans, and landscape plansManage the day-to-day construction activities for assigned projects including grading and drainage, site, off-site, utility, shell building, interior finishes, landscape, and furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) tasksMonitor and manage all on-site construction.Ensure consistent and accurate project schedules, budgets, documents, and contract complianceAssist in managing the processing and review of contractor RFIs, project submittals, PCOs, and COs for compliance with project budgets and conformance to contract documentsFacilitate, track, and report on project communications and meetings to ensure coordination of project tasks and responsibilitiesManage the identification of, solicitation for, and purchasing of FF&E as required or as determined by the project documents, including the procurement and managing of 3rd party FF&E vendor(s) and installer(s)Assist in the overall completion and closeout of the projectOther duties as assignedEXPERIENCE:Three (3) to ten (10) years in a project manager role with a general contractor or architectExperience with sports projects in excess of $100 million is a plusMust be local or relocate to State College, PATeam-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a groupConstruction experience is requiredCommercial experience and a degree in Construction Management or a similar field is highly preferredMust be proficient in Bluebeam/Adobe and Microsoft Office.
