Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.As a Principal Application Engineer (iOS Developer), you will be part of the Mobile Platform Team responsible for managing a React Native Application and the underlying iOS and Android projects. This team supports the Discover Financial App and is responsible for managing and maintaining the React Native Environment, Xcode and Android Studio projects, 3rd party SDKs, continuous build and deployment pipelines, and researching and integrating new technologies into the application.Minimum QualificationsAt a minimum, here’s what we need from you:Bachelors – Computer Science or related6+ Years -- Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, or relatedInternal applicants only: technical proficiency rating of proficient on the Dreyfus engineering scalePreferred QualificationsBonus Points If You Have Experience with:Fluent in Swift or Objective-CExperience in creating, enhancing, maintaining, and testing iOS appsExperience working on complex iOS appsReact NativegitXcodeFastlaneCocoa Pods or Carthage package managersTestFlightApplication Deadline:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $104,000.00 to $175,600.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
