Are you a project management professional with experience in technology? At River Run Computers, we are looking for someone to use their organizational skills and strategic thinking to deliver dynamic solutions while building lasting client relationships.As an IT Project Manager, you’ll take charge of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery, meeting deadlines, and driving client satisfaction.

Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.Translate client needs into clear technical requirements.Track project success through metrics and reporting.Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure consistent communication with clients and internal team throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and implement best practices and templates for streamlined project management.Qualifications3+ years of project management experience is required. MSP project management experience would be considered an asset.Certified project management credentials: PMP, Project+, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in project management tools such as ConnectWise.Experience in vendor contract negotiations.Expertise in drafting and submitting budget proposals, with the ability to recommend and implement adjustments as needed.Mastery of M365 migrations and experience with infrastructure projects and ISP migrations.Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical staff.Other RequirementsMust have reliable transportation and valid insurance.Occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds) may be required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $95-110k annually.Full-time.Hybrid role – one day a week in the office in Glendale + any required in-person meetings.Medical benefits including dental and vision.Life and disability insurance.Quarterly 401k matching.PTO accruals based on tenure (Year 1: 80 hours, Year 2: 120 hours, Year 3: 160 hours).
