You will serve as the pillar that ties together various technical aspects to ensure the successful delivery of projects and exceptional end-user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a vital contributor to the Microsoft community. Lead with giving the benefit of the doubt.What You'll DoEstablish and maintain Concurrency’s go-to-market direction within the Modern Workplace and Security domain.Lead in Mergers & Acquisitions projects, including O365 product movement, Microsoft licensing, security, compliance, end-point management, and AVD.Maintain a strong Microsoft presence through active participation in community speaking engagements, blog posting, Social Media presence and events.Serve as an escalation point for project teams, helping the team overcome roadblocks.Drive projects to successful completion, along with ensuring client satisfaction.Provide coaching and mentoring to other Architects and Engineers.Collaborate with functional teams to plan project sprints, scope, and resource allocation.Develop and drive team standards and assist with internal projects to mature the Modern Workplace solutions and Concurrency offerings.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and vendors.Present and lead customer conversations and focus on outcomes.Define and scope solutions for our customers during pre-sales efforts or during project execution.Design, build, integrate, and/or implement M365 and other Microsoft Cloud solutions.Promote service offerings through social media & blog posts, industry groups, and speaking events.Submit daily hours billed to cloud-based project management software, Kantata, for time tracking.Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Lead and manage multiple workstreams within projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.Technical Oversight: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and insight on Microsoft technologies and best practices.Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, project managers and business analysts to ensure seamless collaboration and integration across all project components.Client Interaction: Act as the main technical liaison between the project team and the client, addressing concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, risks, and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle, leveraging your technical expertise and strategic thinking.Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Microsoft product updates to continuously improve project methodologies, processes, and deliverables.What You'll Need8+ years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Microsoft technologiesPassion for aligning technical solutions to customer and business needs.Expertise migrating medium and large enterprise clients to M365 Modern Workplace.Experience in continuing and enhancing the maturity of the M365 enterprise environments.Proficiency implementing advanced security and compliance features such as M365 E3 and E5 to deliver productivity and security solutions for enterprise customers.Broad understanding of on-premises, online, and hybrid architecture.Microsoft Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect ExpertMicrosoft Cybersecurity Architect ExpertMicrosoft Identity and Access AdministratorMicrosoft Information Protection AdministratorMicrosoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (previously known as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert)Concurrency is committed to revolutionizing consulting by embracing diverse perspectives, fostering collaboration, and promoting resilience.
