ASG is CMMI Level 3 certified for Development and Services and holds ISO certifications 9001:2015, 20000-1:2011, and 27000:2015.What You Will Do:Provide knowledge and expertise in the following ITIL areas:Service Strategy to include Portfolio, Demand, Financial, Strategy, Business Relationship and Customer Relationship Management.Service Design includes Capacity, Availability, Continuity, Service Level, Risk, Security, Compliance and Service Catalog Management.Service Transition to include Change, Release and Deployment, Knowledge.Configuration and Asset, Transition, Planning and Support, Change Evaluation, Test and validation and Supplier Relationship Management.Service Operations to include Incident, Event, Problem, Access, Service Desk, Request Fulfillment, IT operations, Technical Management and Applications Management.Continual Service Improvement to include seven-step improvement process & CSI methods and techniques.Working knowledge of ServiceNow applications.What We Need:Bachelor’s degree. If only a High School diploma, an additional 2+ years of experience or an Associate’s degree, an additional 1 year of experience.Experience in ServiceNow.5+ years relevant experience.If you have a High School diploma, add 2+ years of experience.With ITIL certificate – 1 year added experience.With associate degree, add 1 year of experience.Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including custom application development.Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.Knowledge of additional ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in managing and leading ITSM projects within a federal contracting environment.Familiarity with ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with cloud services and cybersecurity best practices.Even Better:Excellent writing skills.Advanced Certifications:ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Clearance Level:Active DoD Secret ClearanceAdditional Information:At ASG, we value diversity and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent.
