We are seeking a Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) Field Service Representative with immediate availability who will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment supporting the Marine Corps financial ERP integration and the processing/quality assurance of procurement transactions for the Marine Corps Systems Command Management Accounting Office.Location:·
The position is located in Northern VA on Government SiteResponsibilities:Provide quality control on multiple procurement actions interfacing with DAI financials, focusing on processing new obligations and analyzing interface failures under the direction of the Government lead.Review Unmatched Transactions (UMT) to conduct corrective actions and analyze potential system errors and systemic interface failures.Provide technical assistance and knowledge transfer aligned to the USMC implementation of the Financial ERP.Troubleshoot DAI-related financial and supply issues to build expertise within the Marine Corps Acquisition.Conduct DAI Knowledge Transfer, capturing, refining, organizing, and distributing DAI implementation & execution actions, lessons learned, and best practices.Provide technical assistance on actions and transactions across the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) systems and functions.Provide technical assistance on GCPC or MIPR transactions and actions if applicable.Provide technical assistance on iProcurement transactions and actions.Provide technical assistance on budget, financial, and interrelated supply transactions within GCSS-MC.Support troubleshooting required to work around DAI unit-related known issues and identify and report new issues to HQMC.Develop specialized reports and tools as needed to address unit and operational tasks or reporting requirements.Assist in the development of DAI process flows and implementation of proper DAI processes and procedures.Required Qualifications:Security Clearance:Ability to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Personnel Security Investigation (PSI). Minimum acceptable investigation is a T-1 or a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).Ability to obtain a Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret.Education and Experience:Education Substitution: Four (4) years of Marine Corps experience with a financial management or supply background within the Marine Corps Logistics Community.Demonstrated expertise with Marine Corps Policies, Orders, and Directives pertaining to Supply and Financial Management functions.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and SharePoint.Preferred Additional Skills:Previous experience inside Marine Corps Systems Command and Acquisition policy and functions.Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ANGLICOTECH, LLC is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing solutions to contemporary problems.
