That's why we offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package to ensure your well-being and security.Typical Duties Include:Site Civil Design including storm water, sanitary, watermain, pavement, and grading design for site and subdivision plansWater main and Sewer DesignProduction of site civil plans, grading plans, SESC plans, standard details, As- built plansPermitting and coordination with permitting agenciesWrite, review, and approve project specificationsDirection and oversight of junior project engineersCost estimates, bid letting, and contracting documentsMaintenance of traffic (MOT) plans.RFI coordination, and shop drawing reviewAttending progress meetings, and preparing meeting minutes.Preparation of proposalsDocument creation with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)This position will require some out-of-town work assignments depending on the project requirementsOther duties as assignedJob Requirements
Registered Professional Engineer (PE)6-10+ years of civil engineering experience in the private and public sectorsBS and/or MS in Civil Engineering or closely related fieldStrong written and verbal communications skillsDemonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for Civil design workAbility to apply engineering fundamentals to shifting real world conditionsDemonstrates motivation to modify schedule as required to meet deadlines and/or client needsExperience with municipal clients, geotechnical, water/waste water, structural and hydraulic engineering projects a plusExperience collaborating and maintaining relationships across officesLegal authorization to work in the United StatesInsurable driving recordWe are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
