to learn how our diverse and innovative team is helping connect, protect and power our planet.Responsibilities:Lead supporting FEMs development and advance requirement studies.Perform detailed tunings on RF amplifiers, front-end modules (FEMs), LNAs, filters and switches for RF various applications.Enable company’s products to achieve the desired performances on the customer reference designs.Support tier 1 customers & reference design partners during their design phases including after mass-production supports.Work with internal design engineers during RFIC development by providing system level feedbacks.Perform testing and debugging of product evaluation boards and customer reference design boards.Provide documentations and marketing tools necessary to bring QORVO products into the market.Create and update product documentations to include RF parameters, schematics, tunings, and application information.Participate with new standards and custom RFIC product development efforts.Qualifications:MSEE in Electronics Engineering (or foreign equivalent) required, PhD preferred.10+ Years related working experience in Wi-Fi and Cellular industry.Understanding of Wi-Fi, IoT and Bluetooth protocols and frequency bands of operation.Knowledge in RF systems design and requirement of FEM in Wi-Fi system integration.Good communication skills and skills working with Customers.Ability to work independently and in a team, to working on solutions to issues in customer designs.Knowledge and practice in RF circuit design, filter design, impedance matching, and PCB board schematic and layout tools are must-have.Knowledge in communication theory including basic signal processing and modulation theory.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Affirmative Action employer and welcome all qualified applicants.
