Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

FunctionWe're seeking an experienced Senior Azure Engineer to join our client's expanding cloud team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, guiding them on their journey to the cloud by utilizing your extensive Azure expertise.
Responsibilities
Design, set up, migrate, manage, and maintain robust cloud environments tailored to client needs.
Develop custom solutions with a strong emphasis on security by design.
Conduct workshops to educate clients on various cloud options, including on-premise, hybrid, hosted private cloud, or public cloud.
Collaborate with clients to develop a future-proof cloud vision, advising on both short- and long-term strategies.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Azure.
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities through various channels.
Depending on your experience and interests, take on roles in team leadership, presales, sales delivery, project management, service desk, or as a specialist or architect.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer; experience with on-premise and hybrid environments is a valuable asset.
Possession of relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-500, AZ-140, AZ-305 is a plus.
Proficient in the Microsoft Azure suite, with strong knowledge of Compute, Identity & Security, Networking, Defender, and Storage components.
Experienced in assessing and migrating workloads to Azure, ensuring effective governance with policies, cost management, tagging, etc.
A customer-focused problem solver with drive, flexibility, and broad IT knowledge.
Excellent communication and technical documentation skills to deliver exceptional service.
