We seek team members who are passionate, adaptable, driven to achieve quality results, focused on continuous improvement, self-motivated and problem solvers.Responsibilities:Translate drawings and electronic data into CNC part programs ensuring geometry and labor standards are met.Support machine prove-out activities and coordinate machine/process sequences with the team.Develop time/cost estimates on new parts for estimating.Support the development of efficient manufacturing processes for production parts.Research and incorporate the latest technological advances in machining, finishing, and assembly technologies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop 3, 4, and 5 axis NC programs using Siemens NX according to customer specifications.Ensure part programs direct the most efficient, cost-effective, and highest quality processes.Create setup and supporting documentation for machine operators on loading and executing NC programs.Support AS9100 audits and ensure compliance with established standards.Assist engineering in developing part estimates for accurate and timely bidding packages for customer RFQs.Ensure data integrity and proper field population for accurate information generation.Understand and follow requirements in the Programming CAD/CAM manual and Engineering Procedures manual.Continuously reduce costs and span time of existing production parts.Assume additional responsibilities as requested.Report to work on time and follow instructions from supervisors or management.Education and Experience:7-10 years CNC Programming and Tool Design Experience of 3, 4 and 5 Axis Machining centers.Previous machining experience with hard metals on 3, 4 and 5 axis machines preferred.Working knowledge of metal removal cutting technology required.Experience with Siemens NX Version, Ver 7.5 and newer.Experience with Vericut.Modeling/Tool Design and drafting capabilities a plus.Compensation and Benefits:The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short & long term disability, FSA/HSA, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident plans. Employees can enroll in our company's 401K plan and receive 9 paid holidays and 15 days (120hrs) of paid time off per calendar year.Pay Range:
