In this position, you will play a key role in impacting programs & business for the organization. You will work with a core team of individuals from our operations and application development team. You will also participate in business process improvement, quality assurance and oversight, and customer engagements. You must have a strong drive, attention to detail, and a collaborative work style. Reports to VP IT.ResponsibilitiesGather requirements by reviewing contract resources and engaging program stakeholders using Microsoft SharePoint/Teams channel.Develop or utilize standard templates for requirement specifications, workflows, testing, training and reporting.Translate business case requirements for programs into well-architected, detailed technical specifications and functional requirement documents.Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure development, enhancements, and projects are prioritized and executed as scheduled.Work with the development and technical teams to understand the data architecture and data models as per business requirements.Document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change.Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.Coordinate and assist with Application Testing & QA activities.Provide application demos to prospects and departments as needed.Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to assist programs & business.Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Advanced technical skills.Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.A track record of following through on commitments.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.A history of leading and supporting successful projects.Additional Information
