The Senior Personnel Security Specialist for ISN must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:Knowledge, experience and proficiency using OPM's Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) system.Reviewing SF85, SF85P, and SF86 security questionnaires.Using OPM's Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS) and the Central Verification System (CVS).Enrolling and activating applicants for HSPD-12 PIV cards.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Have experience fingerprinting applicants.Ability to troubleshoot issues with any of the above-mentioned databases as well as badging equipment.Leading a team of employees and overall tasking for team members.Providing assistance to other security specialists with questions and/or issues in day-to-day activities and escalating issues to appropriate oversight personnel, as necessary.A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in personnel security with at least two years of supervisory experience required. Working on-site at a Government Facility preferred. DoD Security Certification Training (CDSE) preferred.Qualifications
The Senior Personnel Security Specialist must have the ability to coordinate site project work flows, quality assessment, organizational assessment, and performance assessment of a team of personnel security specialists. The individual must be uniquely talented and experienced, with demonstrated leadership skills, knowledge of personnel security processes, background screening, utilization of metrics, and business process improvement.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Additional Information
