They are looking for a People Data Analyst to work with the People Analytics Program Manager, providing critical insights and data-driven support for the People Office.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support for the People Office's data modeling, reporting, and analyticsGenerate insights on workforce metrics, planning projections, and market dataDevelop and maintain comprehensive employee data and reporting structuresCollaborate with the People Analytics Program Manager to gather requirements and translate them into data models, reports, and dashboardsSupport the development of complex reports and business processes for the People Office and the organizationParticipate in the ongoing transformation of the People Office technology environmentThis role comes with the following benefits:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Mathematics2-5 years of experience in data development, data modeling, or BI-related workExperience in statistical modeling and descriptive statisticsProficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Power BIExperience with Data Warehouse tools (e.g., SQL Server, Azure, Redshift, Snowflake)Strong data querying, interpretation, report generation, and visualization skillsKnowledge of database structures and testing methodologiesHR data development experience preferredYou would benefit from having:
