Day ShiftSALARY RANGE:
$75k - $90k (based on experience)POSITION SUMMARYServes as a steward of, and advocate for, the company’s visual brand. Provides strategic art direction and translates marketing strategies into compelling and innovative brand and communication deliverables. Responsible for designing, creating, coordinating, producing, monitoring, and implementing marketing projects (print and digital) for various internal and external clients as directed by the executive vice president, marketing & culture. Workload is approximately 50% creative and 50% production.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDesigns, coordinates, and monitors all approved marketing projects to assure project effectiveness and timeliness.Manages workflow of creative/design projects.Conducts creative research and maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry software and ever-changing industry trends.Manages and provides staff support for marketing communications and presentation materials, in alignment with the company’s brand and messaging standards.Oversees digital marketing efforts including, but not limited to, corporate website updates/user experience modifications and the provision of graphic support for social media campaigns, internal communications, email signatures, digital signage, etc.Oversees and advocates for creative specialist and graphic designer. Develops and assists with implementation of career-pathing plans and conducts bi-monthly coaching/career development sessions.Manages relationships with, and coordinates the work of, external consultants/partners (photographers, videographers, web developers, etc.) and directs print production.Maintains assets and electronic source files in digital asset library.Performs other related duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any combination of education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above.Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of graphic design and/or marketing.Highly motivated, creative, organized, and skilled problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.Able to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and exhibit a high level of customer service.Background in photography, video production and editing, and web design is a definite plus.Expert-level understanding of graphic design software, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other CC applications).Substantial experience working in Windows is required.Working knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, WordPress, and Google Analytics.Experience with Wrike (or other workflow management platforms), Staffbase, MailChimp, Eventbrite, and Exclaimer a plus.WORK ENVIRONMENTPrimarily an office environment, with periodic visits to construction-related sites.PHYSICAL DEMANDSContact the Human Resources department at human.resources@miron-construction.com for the full job description with physical demands.CULTURE AND BENEFITSFor more information on Miron's culture and benefits, please click on the following link: https://miron-construction.com/join-the-team/office-careers/.
