POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the company's business development efforts by crafting quality marketing materials and presentations, maintaining client and project data, and strengthening the brand. Uses creative thinking, effective communication, and collaboration to consistently meet project deadlines and engage in continuous improvement opportunities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Creates high-quality, effective marketing materials and presentations.Maintains information in Marketing's customer relationship management (CRM) database.Updates the company's external website and internal SharePoint site.Edits and formats corporate documents and presentations.Assists with company-sponsored events.Performs other related duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any combination of education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above.Minimum five years of experience in producing marketing materials and presentations.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with CRM databases is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.Previous experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily an office environment, with occasional visits to construction project sites.
