You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to build reliable, high-performance systems and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency.

The Test & Learn teams within Mastercard's Services organization aim to build industry-leading business experimentation software that brings sophisticated analytic techniques to business users around the world. We are rapidly expanding our product offerings and innovating on how we deliver Test & Learn solutions to our clients.

Engineers work in small, flexible teams. Every team member contributes to designing, building, and testing features. There are no rigid organizational structures, and each team uses processes and technologies that work best for team members and projects.

Role:• Enhance a suite of web applications aimed to bring data decision making process to our clients and make valuable improvements to the capability of our products.• Work on data-intensive features, ensuring efficient data processing and retrieval to meet performance requirements.• Build features used by some of the world's largest organizations to make multi-million-dollar decisions.• Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to best practices and participates in code reviews to maintain high standards across the team.• Support platform operations by participating in troubleshooting, debugging, and ensuring system stability.• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to foster a collaborative and high-quality development environment.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Product, and Front-End teams to deliver new features and improvements.

All About You:• Hand on experience in software development with exposure to both frontend and backend technologies.• Proficiency with advanced object-oriented programming and microservice development.• Understanding of one or more programming languages, .NET, Typescript or React. .NET experience is desired.• Understanding of databases, experience working with data models. SQL is desired.• Full stack engineering experience in an Agile production environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.• Strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
