Tibco Developer

Hands-on experience in Enterprise Data Services development and delivery using SOA architecture.Minimum 3-5 years of experience with TIBCO Business Works and EMS.Experience developing in distributed applications development (Database, Transaction Management).Specialized in XML/XSLT and other XML related tools and technologies.Experience in the full life cycle of application/system development.Expertise in Data integration and access patterns.Service-oriented architecture as it relates to vending shared data including best practices.Must have strong communication skills with the ability to work with all management levels.Ability to share technical knowledge and clearly communicate technical concepts.Programming experience with Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services is a plus.Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
