Candidate must have a strong development background with emphasis on SOA, distributed, and event-driven computing.Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity.Familiarity with iterative development life cycle and methodology.Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented middleware, Tibco, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM Websphere MQ, EMS, and RV).Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, and PL/SQL.Development skills in Java for client and web application development is a plus.Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc.).Must have at least 5 years experience with enterprise application integration development.Solid working knowledge of Windows and UNIX.Strong working knowledge of VMWare or other virtual operating systems.Must have at least 5 years experience in designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.Must have working experience with HIPAA EDI X12s using TIBCO Business Connect.Experience with TIBCO BPM tools is a plus.Must have strong knowledge of Web Services concepts.Must have strong functional and technical documentation skills.B.S. in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline preferred.Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and the ability to maintain effective work relationships.Excellent written/verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and properly escalate issues for timely resolution.Self-motivated team player that thrives in a collaborative and competitive environment.Project management experience in large scale projects involving multiple business units is a plus.Additional Information
