In this position, you'll help us pioneer innovative ways to comprehend and present various data types, encompassing Quality Systems data (such as Deviations and CAPAs) and operational data linked to the manufacturing lifecycle. Your expertise in analytics and modeling will be pivotal in examining data from Quality systems to extract insights and establish impactful critical metrics for predictive performance evaluations.What You Will Do
Develop PSG Quality data analytics employing Data Visualization tools, particularly PowerBI.Help improve the data and reporting strategy for Quality in partnership with IT.Exhibit outstanding interpersonal ability, adeptly conveying and addressing senior leadership at various levels.Translate outcomes and data into compelling visualizations using tools like PowerBI.Delve into data with comprehensive analyses, extracting pertinent information to support metrics reporting.Efficiently present and explain analyses and available choices.Provide support for ad-hoc data queries.Develop predictive and forecasting dashboards to facilitate Management Reviews (e.g., QMR).Qualifications
Education
Minimum required education: Bachelor's degree in fields like Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Pharma, or related areas.Experience
5+ years in data analytics or related domains, with a preference for exposure within pharmaceutical or life science companies.Proficiency in Power BI, showcasing excellent skills in this tool.Prior familiarity with Quality & Compliance or direct experience in comprehending Quality Management system (QMS) components (e.g., Trackwise, LIMS) is desired.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Hands on PowerBI development and Dashboard building.Demonstrate dedicated motivation, functioning independently in a dynamic work setting.Exhibit robust communication skills and outstanding documentation abilities.Lead projects end-to-end, from conception to delivery, autonomously.Excel in multitasking scenarios, handling diverse project requirements within compressed timelines.Grasp of, or experience in, GxP environments and a sound understanding of 21 CFR part 11.Proficiency in generating visualizations, extracting insights via Power BI, and communicate findings.Ability to articulate data, concepts, and reasoning coherently to diverse audiences, underpinned by good communication proficiencies.Experience leading teams in a direct and matrix fashion.We offer competitive salary, an annual incentive bonus plan, 401K with company match up to 6%, tuition reimbursement and a range of other employee benefits!
