You will have the chance to deliver a meaningful impact supporting DMH and the citizens of Missouri.This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Mental Health (DMH).ITSD Core Values - We Innovate and Partner with Passion, Respect, and Integrity United as #OneTeam.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain integration solutions using BizTalk server, MuleSoft, or another platform to meet business needs for healthcare and billing solutions.Develop and support HL7 and EDI transactions, API solutions, and PowerShell scripts.Develop and support complex stored procedures and custom functions.Analyze, solve, and correct production issues and provide documentation.Communicate with business users to establish business project requirements.Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment using Agile methodology.Analyze, design, develop, peer review, test, and implement code for projects.Create, adhere to, and enforce technical standards.All You Need For SuccessThe ideal candidate will have the following technical and soft skills:SQL Server 2016/2019 preferred.Development of BizTalk and/or MuleSoft solutions a plus.SQL Server query and stored procedure development.Familiar with cloud technologies.Familiar with Azure DevOps.Strong data investigation and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of development and design concepts with practical experience in the implementation of these concepts.Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment using Agile methodology.Experience with source control and Visual Studio 2022 or earlier versions is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Desire to continually develop new skills and improve existing skills.Successful background check results are required for employment in this position.
