Join us to make your contribution.AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of UI Designer.As a UI Designer at AGCO, you will play a key role in crafting user interfaces for our digital products and platforms. Your focus will be on creating intuitive and visually appealing designs while building a comprehensive design library. Working closely with UX leads, product managers, developers, and external stakeholders, you will implement design guidelines that are both visually consistent and user-friendly.Your Impact

Create visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs for websites, mobile apps, and software.Ensure pixel-perfect design and visual consistency in typography, color schemes, and layout across all platforms.Build, maintain and expand a design system or UI component library to ensure scalability and reuse across multiple projects.Develop low fidelity designs, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs and provide detailed design specifications for implementation.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and UX/UI standards, continuously contributing to the enhancement of digital experiences.Understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences to create intuitive and effective digital experiences.Visual Design

Proficiency in creating visually appealing interfaces that engage users, effectively communicate information, and demonstrate a strong sense of design excellence.Experience with typography, iconography, color theory, and responsive design.Strong understanding of accessibility standards across web and mobile applications.Experience with design system management.Communication and Collaboration

Strong communication skills are essential for effectively articulating design ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders.Ability to present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to negotiate design changes based on feedback.Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, ability to take critical feedback.Ability to take ownership of the design domain, driving initiatives forward and ensuring the successful execution of design strategies.Attention to Detail

Detail-oriented is essential for maintaining consistency and accuracy in design deliverables and quality assurance.Tools

Figma is mandatory.Azure DevOps or Jira is favorable.Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Minimum of 6+ relevant years in a UX/UI design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma).Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability practices.Experience creating low fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.Up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI standards, industry trends, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.Travel Requirement:
