Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our analytics team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. This role involves transforming large datasets into meaningful insights using Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance through data-driven solutions.
Secret clearance or higher required.Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for various business functions.Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful data visualizations for stakeholders.Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs, create custom reports, and provide recommendations based on data analysis.Use advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in data sets to support business decisions.Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy within reports and dashboards.Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by leadership or business teams, delivering insights in a clear, concise manner.Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business to track performance and make recommendations for improvements.Work with IT and other departments to optimize data collection and storage processes for reporting purposes.Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, trends, and industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.Train and support end-users in accessing and interpreting Power BI reports and dashboards.Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 a year
