You will be reporting directly to the practice owner/founder. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who:LOVES working in a smaller and more friendly setting than a stuffy corporate officeWants to work in a fast-paced, NO-DRAMA environment where office politics, backstabbing, gossip, and negativity are NOT toleratedWants to work at a company where they can LEARN about many aspects of management and develop their business and communication skillsIs extremely detail-oriented and appreciates people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieving successLikes the idea of working for a smaller (but growing) company where their ideas and contributions directly impact the company’s success, direction, and growthIs a quick, self-motivated learner who wants to work for a company that will invest in their educationWants a position that will offer upward earning and career advancement; we want people who are interested in growth, learning, and becoming part of our team long-termKey Responsibilities:Possess thorough knowledge of nutrition assessment and nutrient requirements as well as current theory and practices of dietetics for this patient populationReview blood work with clientsUnderstanding and recommendations of supplementsMaintain a positive relationship with Physician Assistant and Medical Director, vendors, and representativesBe able to participate as a team member of the interdisciplinary team.Be willing to do patient follow-upOpen to presenting nutrition topics to surrounding communitiesParticipate in Research and Design MeetingsIn-person and Virtual Counseling with clientsSkills Required:Prefer three to five years clinical experience with two in clinic settingsMaintain updated license and continuing education hoursBe open to Functional Medicine TrainingFamiliarity with research procedures and protocols desirableStrong communication skills and the ability to positively interact with professional and non-professional hospital and health science center personnelBe able to maintain CPR certificationMust possess thorough knowledge of nutrition assessment and nutrient requirements as well as current theory and practices of dietetics for this patient populationLicensure/Certification/Registration:Must be a state of Florida licensed dietitian/nutritionist or be eligible for the sameWhat we will do for you:Provide you with ongoing training and support in the field of management, leadership, and strong mentorshipOpportunity to develop and grow in your career while simultaneously learning about functional medicine.Up to 20 days Paid time offContinued Education availableType: Full-timeBonus structure availableSign on bonus availableSalary: $60-80K with total compensation including bonusesWho Should Apply:Please apply ONLY if you are the type of person who is willing to learn and grow in every aspect of your role.
