For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or Canada.Bilingual fluency in French/English required.Position can be hired at the Senior or Principal level, depending on experience.About the OpportunityThe Services Group provides dedicated and continuous remote yet hands-on, solution oversight to guide clients through the technical aspects of Dayforce implementation. Our team helps clients achieve a positive go-live experience by monitoring the project and aligning it with everyone's primary goal – using Dayforce effectively and near-effortlessly from day one. Comprised of consultants working independently on client projects around the world, our Services group is connected by a sense of camaraderie, grounded in a sense of belonging and an amazing remote-work culture.As a result of our powerful growth strategy, we are adding a Client Partner to our team to drive revenue growth by selling integrated services solutions that deliver value to customers.You will collaborate with Ceridian Sales Executives, Solutions Consultants, and client stakeholders to design customized Dayforce solutions that prioritize the customer's business success. You will weigh the impact and implications of political, social, economic, technological, and competitive trends on client organizations and interpret issues from multiple dimensions, including technical, business, short term, and long term impacts. You will deliver proposals and strategies to generate new business and identify opportunities for add-on services.Who you areYou are a seasoned services professional with an acumen for sales, skilled in the art of consultative selling and negotiating techniques, giving and getting accurate information. You have the insights and practical knowledge to proactively perceive the technical, cost, support, and risk implications of potential solutions; and, you can seamlessly incorporate these into implementation recommendations. You are a customer success driver who can think creatively and encourage others to take reasoned risks to achieve value-added results.What you’ll get to doLeveraging a deep understanding of Dayforce. You will design, deliver, and spearhead services solutions for customers, collaborating with Solutions Consultants and Product owners to align the Ceridian product roadmap with customer requirements.Partnering internally. You will develop strong relationships with systems integrators to create integrated solutions in joint sales opportunities; adding depth, context, and understanding of customer scope, expectations, and value drivers based on broad knowledge and insights into business needs.Contributing to the growth and scalability of the Services Sales. You will create and enhance segment and industry-specific sales collateral that reflect Dayforce best practices, identifying opportunities for implementation efficiency based on customer feedback.Skills and Experience we valueYou have a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software industry experience, including 5 years of application consulting.Bilingual skills in French/English required.Human Capital Management (HCM) experience is a plus.You have partnered with sales in prospect solution design and added value to solution implementation.You have expertise in building and managing relationships.You can gain trust, influence decisions, and teams, and work with internal and external contributors and stakeholders at any level.You can skillfully lead engagements, presentations, and negotiations.Ideally, you have exposure to change management initiatives.The technical skills.
