Our client is a leading manufacturer offering excellent benefits and professional development.Responsibilities for the Reliability Manager include:· Managing the reliability team including mentoring, training, and performance reviews· Defining reliability objectives and leading efforts to maintain standards· Developing and implementing reliability strategies to increase performance and productivity· Leading reliability improvement projects and documenting metricsJob Requirements
Requirements for the Reliability Manager include:· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field· At least 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance and reliability engineering· 3+ years experience in a leadership role· Proven understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and reliability analysis· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills· Certification of Reliability Engineering a plus· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma strongly preferredLogin
