Domain Architect - SDWAN (Remote)Why WWT?Founded in 1990, World Wide Technology (WWT), a global technology solutions provider leading the AI and Digital Revolution, combines the power of strategy, execution and partnership to accelerate digital transformational outcomes for large public and private organizations around the world.With nearly 10,000 employees and more than 55 locations around the world, WWT's culture, built on a set of core values and established leadership philosophies, has been recognized for its unique blend of determination, innovation and leadership focus on diversity and inclusion.What will you be doing?Your primary objective is to support Infrastructure Services by maintaining a high level of technical expertise in Advanced Cisco Routing and Switching and SD-WAN, supporting delivery teams and engineers in the deployment of Services, and serving as an escalation point for delivery engineers.RESPONSIBILITIES:Solutions / Technical Leadership Role:The Domain Architect understands all client scopes and objectives.The Domain Architect will partner with the PMO counterpart to resolve Risks and Issues upon identification.The Domain Architect is accountable for resolving technical Risks and Issues in their project.The Domain Architect holds staff, contractors, and partners responsible for ensuring that WWT best practices and templates are followed.The Domain Architect will manage their respective project as if it were their own stand-alone business.Work with Customers, Technical Solutions Architects, Client Services Executives, and Account teams to identify customer’s desired business and technical outcomes.Post Sales Billable Delivery:Create High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation.Create change/cut window Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum five years (5) of industry experience in IT infrastructure architecture development and technology consulting.3-5 years’ experience as a Senior or Lead Architect or equivalent experience.Must have at least 7 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing LAN/WAN networks.Highly skilled in at least one (1) of the following: SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, etc.).Want to learn more?The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
