Critical Infrastructure Analyst

The Garrett Group is currently in search of a Critical Infrastructure Analyst to join our team at the Nuclear Enterprise Center located within STRATCOM headquarters, Offutt Air Force Base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scientific and engineering analyses on complex critical infrastructure systems.
Perform technical assessments and studies of critical infrastructure and associated systems.
Utilize computer modeling and simulation techniques to assess nuclear weapons effects or electronic interactions with critical infrastructure.
Demonstrate expertise in understanding the technical, engineering, and physical aspects of CBRN threats to critical infrastructure.
Conduct testing and certification of critical infrastructure against various physical threats.
Evaluate and validate complex packages, with proficiency in NC2/NC3 capabilities and procedures, operations platforms, communications, and operational modes.
Stay abreast of developments in survivable and endurable NC2/NC3 capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant scientific or engineering roles.
Comprehensive understanding of national, DOD, and CJCS guidance related to nuclear/CBRN survivability.
Familiarity with key directives including DODI 3150.09, DODI 3730.01, CJCS Instructions 3222.01, 6210.01, 6810.01, 6811.01, as well as PPD-35, PPD-24, PPD-40, and SI 501-2.
